Jon White, Cardiac patient cycles for Croydon Health Charity
Massive congratulations and well done to Jon White, a cardiac patient of ours who has gone above and beyond to support two charities close to his heart, one of them being our very own Croydon Health Charity. Just 10 months after a heart attack Jon took on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride last Sunday achieving the 55-mile ride ending with a smile on his face.
Jon completed his 8 week Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at our Trust and is so grateful to his “rehab family” as his recovery was a result of the care and support he received. He is an inspiration to us all.
Jon had a target of £500 and absolutely smashed it with a total of £1250 for our charity! We are so proud and just want to thank and congratulate him for his determination and support to the Cardiac team and charity.
