Massive congratulations and well done to Jon White, a cardiac patient of ours who has gone above and beyond to support two charities close to his heart, one of them being our very own Croydon Health Charity. Just 10 months after a heart attack Jon took on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride last Sunday achieving the 55-mile ride ending with a smile on his face.
